Your Role & Responsibilities
Sales Support & Solution Design (50%)
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating customer requirements into customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and present compelling Voice, Video, and Data solutions that drive business value.
- Lead technical pre-sales demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations to showcase product capabilities.
- Assist in crafting proposals, responding to request for proposals (RFPs), and managing pricing, quoting, and contract lifecycles.
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
Engineering & Customer Engagement (50%)
- Support post-sales deployment, equipment installations, and solution testing.
- Provide exceptional ongoing support, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Ensure customer network configurations and system documentation remain up-to-date.
- Conduct technical training sessions for the Sales team and customers.
Requirements

Communication & Collaboration – Excellent presentation skills, ability to engage customers, and work seamlessly across teams.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience supporting Sales and Product teams with technical solution development.
- 5+ years of experience in IP Network Administration.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings (typically weekly).
Preferred:
- Cisco CCNA certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Location & Work Environment
- Work Location: Covington, LA (within 100 miles of Baton Rouge, LA)
- Work Environment: Hybrid role – Work remotely with travel required within a 100-mile radius of Baton Rouge (New Orleans, Lafayette, Covington preferred).
- Must have reliable transportation for client meetings, typically once a week.
