Your Role & Responsibilities
Sales Support & Solution Design (50%)
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, customizing solutions to the specific needs of customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present compelling Voice, Video, and Data solutions that provide business value.
- Lead technical pre-sales demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations to showcase the capabilities of the products.
- Assist in creating proposals, responding to RFPs, and managing pricing, quoting, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
Engineering & Customer Engagement (50%)
- Support post-sales deployment, installation of equipment, and solution testing.
- Provide ongoing exceptional support to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain up-to-date customer network configurations and system documentation.
- Conduct technical training sessions for the sales team and customers.

Required:
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Sales and Product teams with technical solution development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IP Network Administration.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings (typically once a week).
Preferred:
- Cisco CCNA certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Location & Work Environment
- Hybrid role – Work remotely, with travel required within a 100-mile radius of Baton Rouge (New Orleans, Lafayette, Covington preferred).
- Must have reliable transportation for client meetings, typically once a week.
