SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our client, a leader in the digital imaging industry and a top e-commerce supplier of parts and consumables in the printing space. This is a full-time position reporting to the Sales Manager and can be done remotely from Sarasota, FL or any other qualified location nationwide where existing team members reside.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new prospects, fostering customer relationships, and increasing sales within specific channel markets across the United States.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Proactively seek out and generate new business opportunities for ink sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and ensure customer retention.
  • Educate customers on our wide range of solutions, helping them select the perfect products for their printing needs.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our product portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Engagement & Support:

  • Deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service and technical teams to address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

· Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in ink technologies.
  • Gather valuable customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the B2B or printing industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience in ink sales or the printing industry is a plus, although not required.
  • Must be a fluent English speaker.
