SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our client, a leader in the digital imaging industry and a top e-commerce supplier of parts and consumables in the printing space. This is a full-time position reporting to the Sales Manager and can be done remotely from Sarasota, FL or any other qualified location nationwide where existing team members reside.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new prospects, fostering customer relationships, and increasing sales within specific channel markets across the United States.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Proactively seek out and generate new business opportunities for ink sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and ensure customer retention.
- Educate customers on our wide range of solutions, helping them select the perfect products for their printing needs.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within our product portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Engagement & Support:
- Deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service and technical teams to address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
· Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in ink technologies.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the B2B or printing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in ink sales or the printing industry is a plus, although not required.
- Must be a fluent English speaker.
