Responsibilities:

· Sales Support: Aid the Sales team with various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

· Order Management: Prepare and verify sales/build orders for production and shipping.

· Database Maintenance: Update and maintain sales records in our database.

· Customer Service: Provide general customer service, including status updates and document sending.

· Warehouse Transfers: Prepare and enter warehouse transfers into the system.

· Inventory Reconciliation: Collaborate with Product Managers to resolve inventory issues.

· Expense Reports: Process expense reports as required.

· Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans as necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Practical experience in office administration, administrative assistance, or sales work.

· Associates Degree or relevant hands-on experience in lieu of a degree.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
