Join our expanding Home Health Agency! We are seeking experienced occupational therapists to join our team.

Start Date: June 2024


Our occupational therapists (OT) assess and treat individuals to enhance their performance in everyday activities such as dressing, using the bathroom, bathing, cooking, and engaging in recreational pursuits. Treatment involves various exercises to improve flexibility, strength, and range of motion. Our focus is on rehabilitating joint mobility, muscle strength, and providing fine motor training.

- Conduct evaluations and provide supervision

- Support the development of fine motor skills, enabling individuals to grasp and release objects and enhance their handwriting skills

- Address hand-eye coordination to improve play skills including hitting a target, batting a ball, and copying from a blackboard

- Help individuals with developmental delays perform daily tasks more independently, such as toileting, bathing, dressing, brushing their teeth, and feeding themselves

- Collaborate with those experiencing sensory and attention issues to enhance focus and social skills

- Assist individuals with behavioral disorders in learning anger-management techniques, replacing aggressive behavior with positive coping mechanisms like writing about their feelings or participating in physical activities

- Evaluate patients' need for specialized equipment such as wheelchairs, splints, bathing aids, dressing devices, or communication aids


  • Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, either a master’s degree or a clinical doctorate
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
