Job Description
- Provide assistance with federal securities laws, including compliance with the 1934 Act and handling registered and exempt offerings under the 1933 Act.
- Support clients with SEC reporting and compliance issues.
- Participate in venture capital and private equity financing transactions.
- Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and offer guidance on securities regulations to clients.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience practicing securities law.
- Demonstrated skills in drafting, research, and analysis.
- Strong judgment and ability to work well under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on teamwork.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic achievements.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible to take the Florida Bar exam in February 2025.
