Legal Services Senior Account Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

Are you experienced in selling Court Reporting services to law firms and have a strong network of contacts to leverage? If so, this opportunity is for you.

Our client is currently looking for remote-based Account Executives at various levels in different cities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of selling Court Reporting services to law firms and a solid list of contacts.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing services to the legal industry. Successful sales experience, along with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic business setting, are preferred.
  • Lead efforts to maximize profitability and sales growth in assigned territory, aligned with company values and goals.
  • Create strategies to expand client base within the target market and contribute to the design of client training programs.
  • Must have established relationships with law firms in the designated territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads, while also growing existing client base
  • Generate client referrals and cultivate relationships
  • Build and maintain a database of customers
  • Manage sales and marketing materials, as well as plan and execute direct marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with customer service to oversee cases, report progress, and suggest enhancements for client satisfaction
  • Quality check product and service delivery
  • Research competitor firms to stay informed about market pricing, products, and services
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Deliver presentations on company offerings to current and potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and create sales proposals
  • Present sales agreements and provide product training
  • Maintain sales activity records and generate reports
  • Address sales inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in person
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships
  • Follow up on sales activities
