Legal Services Senior Account Executive

Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Legal Services Senior Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a customer base within the legal community.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in selling Court Reporting services to law firms and a strong network of contacts within the industry.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing services to the legal community. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
- You will play a key role in driving sales growth and profitability within your assigned territory while aligning with the company's vision and values.
- Developing strategic plans and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand the customer base will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
- A strong existing network of law firms within your territory is essential to succeed in this role.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads, as well as nurture and grow existing client relationships.
- Source and develop client referrals to expand your customer base.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database.
- Manage and organize sales materials, while planning and executing direct marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with customer service to handle cases, provide progress updates, and offer recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct quality checks on product and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about competing firms, including market pricing, products, and services.
- Participate in educational events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and establish connections.
- Deliver compelling presentations on company products and services to both current and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and develop sales proposals to secure new business.
- Provide product training to clients when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and address any concerns raised by clients through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.
- Follow up on sales activities and continually seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Opportunity to earn up to $200,000 through a competitive OTE (On Target Earnings) structure.
