Our client is currently looking for highly skilled Senior Legal Services Account Managers in Baltimore, MD and other locations!
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in selling Court Reporting services to law firms and a well-established contact list.
- Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in marketing services to the legal community. Success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment is highly desired.
- Provide leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in the sales territory, aligning with the company's vision and values.
- Create plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area, and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
- A strong network with law firms in your designated territory is essential.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads, as well as grow the existing client base organically.
- Source and cultivate client referrals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Keep sales and promotional materials up-to-date, and plan and execute direct marketing initiatives.
- Manage cases while collaborating closely with customer service, providing progress updates, and making recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
- Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
- Analyze competing firms to stay informed about market pricing, products, and services.
- Attend educational events, trade shows, and networking events.
- Create and deliver presentations on company products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
- Present sales contracts and provide product training.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare sales reports.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and concerns through various channels.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.
- Follow up on sales activities.
- Potential earning of $200,000 (OTE).
