Legal Services Senior Account Executive

Location: San Francisco, CA

Our client is in need of experienced Account Executives, based remotely, in several cities - San Francisco or Sacramento - for immediate hiring!

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in selling Court Reporting services to law firms and a reliable contact list.
  • Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in marketing services to the legal industry. Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment is desired.
  • Display leadership in maximizing sales territory profitability and growth, aligned with company vision and values.
  • Create plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
  • Must have a strong network of connections with law firms within the designated territory.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads, while also growing existing business organically.
  • Source and cultivate client referrals.
  • Build and maintain a customer database.
  • Manage sales and promotional materials. Plan and execute direct marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service to handle cases, provide progress reports, and offer recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality checks on product and service delivery.
  • Analyze competing firms to stay informed about market pricing, products, and services.
  • Attend educational events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Create and deliver informative presentations about company offerings to current and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate with clients and prepare sales proposals.
  • Present sales contracts and provide product training.
  • Maintain records of sales activity and generate sales reports.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and address concerns via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales activity.
  • On-target earnings of $200,000.
