Legal Solutions Senior Account Executive

Location: Atlanta, GA

Our client is an innovative company providing services to the legal and insurance industries. With the increasing demand and advancements in virtualization and technology, they are currently experiencing significant growth.

Due to this growth, our client is seeking an Account Executive located in Atlanta, GA, to sell their services and solutions to law firms and insurance agencies. The role will involve both new business development (hunting) and leveraging internal leads.

Prior experience in court reporting and deposition solution sales to law firms is a requirement for consideration.

As a privately held company with substantial resources, our client is looking for someone who can work in a hybrid model and grow alongside the company as it continues to progress.


  • Maintain and expand the assigned territory, including managing existing leads and acquiring new clients.
  • Establish relationships at all levels (e.g., Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Legal Administrators, Attorneys, Partners) in Law Firms, Corporate Legal, and Insurance accounts.
  • Responsible for selling digital legal support services.
  • Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge in all areas related to the sale of services.
  • Thorough understanding of pricing and proposal models for all services.
  • Maximize existing client relationships to increase revenue within the portfolio.
  • Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as required.
  • Source and develop client referrals, including new law firms.
  • Attend mandatory team meetings, including weekly sales calls and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the assigned portfolio.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to hit the ground running.

Prior experience with conducting online demos, virtual selling, and closing deals is a must.
