Lead Legal Services Account Manager

Our client is a disruptor in the legal and insurance industries, providing innovative services. They have seen significant growth in today's virtual and technology-driven world.

Due to this growth, our client is seeking a Lead Legal Services Account Manager in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for selling the company's services and solutions to law firms and insurance agencies. You will focus on new business development and leveraging internal leads.

We require candidates to have experience in court reporting and deposition solution sales to law firms. This experience is crucial for consideration.

As a privately held company with ample resources, we are looking for someone who can work in a hybrid model and grow alongside the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and grow an assigned territory, including managing existing leads and acquiring new clients.
  • Build relationships at all levels within law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance accounts.
  • Sell digital legal support services and demonstrate product knowledge in all relevant areas.
  • Understand pricing and proposal models for all services.
  • Maximize revenue within the existing client portfolio.
  • Assist in implementing company marketing plans when needed.
  • Source and develop client referrals, including new firms.
  • Attend required team meetings and sales training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a hunter mentality and be able to achieve sales quotas.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hitting the ground running.
  • Experience with online demos, virtual selling, and closing deals.
