Senior Legal Account Executive

Location: Dallas, TX

Our client is a disruptive force in providing services to the legal and insurance industries. Established in response to market demand and propelled by advancements in virtualization and technology, they are currently undergoing significant expansion.

Due to this growth, our client is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to promote and sell their services and solutions to law firms and insurance agencies. This role involves generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts as well as leveraging internal leads.

Prior experience in selling court reporting and deposition solutions to law firms is a prerequisite for consideration.

As a privately held company with substantial financial resources, our client is seeking individuals who can thrive in a hybrid work model and grow alongside the company as it continues its upward trajectory.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and expand an assigned territory, which includes nurturing existing leads and acquiring new clients.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with various professionals in law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance companies, from paralegals and legal secretaries to attorneys and partners.
  • Drive the sales of digital legal support services.
  • Showcase strong selling skills and comprehensive product knowledge in all aspects related to the sale of services.
  • Thoroughly understand pricing and proposal models for all services.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to increase revenue within the portfolio.
  • Support the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Source and develop client referrals, including targeting new firms.
  • Participate in mandatory team meetings, including weekly sales calls and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the assigned portfolio.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrate a hunter mentality with a keen ability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.

Prior experience with conducting online demos, virtual selling, and closing deals is a must.
