Lead Associate

Our company is seeking a Lead Associate in our Cleveland office to join our strong Long-Term Health Care team. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and communication skills. Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of practical, transactional law experience, specifically in real estate transactions.

This team focuses on representing investors and operators in transactions involving skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We are searching for a senior level attorney with experience in taking the initiative to negotiate and draft purchase agreements, commercial leases, operation transfer agreements, and related agreements within the skilled nursing and assisted living facility fields. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of all aspects of potential business transactions related to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
