Senior Financial Auditor

Location: Beachwood, OH

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Gather and analyze data, assess financial, operational, and governance processes, and propose recommendations for improved controls and efficiencies.

- Conduct regular and ad-hoc financial analysis, including net working capital and cash flow evaluation.

- Collaborate with the business units to identify value-added projects.

- Travel to international locations to assist the legal team in assessing compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; training will be provided.

- Aid in acquisition due diligence, including financial due diligence and physical inventory testing.

- Support other critical projects as they arise.

- Provide assistance to external auditors, primarily with inventory observations.

- Contribute to determining the annual internal audit scope based on overall risk assessment.

- Follow-up on previous reports to assess implementation of improvement plans.

- Prepare findings and observations for business unit and senior management, including formal reports.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

- 2+ years of relevant financial experience in Audit, FP&A, or a similar financial analyst role; financial experience within a manufacturing company preferred.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills for process and operation improvement.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage with business unit personnel.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel to company locations (approximately 35% of the time).
