Key Qualifications:
•Advanced knowledge of Professional Behavioral Health billing and accounting principles is mandatory.
•Completion of an Associates or Bachelors degree in computer science, management, or an IT-related discipline.
•Extensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of healthcare applications.
•Minimum of four years of project management experience in the areas of systems analysis, system design, and/or computer system project management.
•Previous involvement in large enterprise system projects and proficient in supporting and maintaining complex information system software.
•Required certifications in EPIC applications such as Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, ADT, Resolute Professional Billing, Claims, or other assigned applications. Competency in additional applications will be monitored by the manager/director.

Hours and Compensation Overview:
•Full-time position with a hybrid work schedule that requires occasional on-site presence.
•Salary range between $77K-$107K per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
•Lead the coordination of organizational objectives and establish systems and procedures to achieve those goals.
•Oversee complex IT projects, manage IT systems, and collaborate with customers to identify needs, select appropriate systems, and develop plans for more productive and efficient operations.
•Supervise team members, prioritize work, allocate resources, and ensure the timely completion of deliverables, including project plans, design documentation, build audits, testing plans and scripts, training curriculum, and activation plans.
•Assist the project management office in various tasks such as design documentation, build audits, testing plans and scripts, training curriculum, and activation plans.
•Ensure deliverables are approved by relevant stakeholders and executed according to the established plan.
•Resolve project-related issues and escalate unresolved matters to the Project Manager for further action.
•Coordinate team activities with other project teams to integrate work and system design, build, testing, training, and go-live phases.
•Provide expertise and experience in application product function, design, and build to ensure successful implementation.
•Offer on-call support and troubleshooting via phone, remote dial-in, or on-site if necessary.
•Manage all aspects of system selection and implementation, including resource coordination and project management, to drive successful solutions.
•Additional responsibilities associated with the role of a Senior IT Business Consultant.

Additional Information:
•This position will report to the Director.
•During the implementation phase and post-live support phase, this role may require 24-40 hours of on-site work per week. Once all tasks are completed, the on-site commitment may reduce to 0-16 hours per week.
