Legal Solutions Sales Manager
Our client is a leading provider of deposition and legal support services in San Francisco, CA. Our services include court reporting, transcription, trial services, and remote depositions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage sales activities in assigned accounts and regions, including acquiring new business and maintaining existing client relationships.
· Ensure consistent product and service delivery quality.
· Follow up on leads and referrals from field activities and lead generation sources.
· Identify opportunities for new business acquisition.
· Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up.
· Stay updated with professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Local travel to current and potential clients required, with a valid state driver's license within 60 days of employment.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasionally travel overnight.
Experience selling to the legal market, preferably with court reporting and deposition experience and a strong network of contacts.
Proficiency in CRM and legal database software, such as Reporter Base 8.
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
