Senior Legal Solutions Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Our client is a leader in deposition and legal support services, specializing in court reporting, transcription, trial services, and remote depositions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales activities for assigned accounts or regions, including acquiring new business and maintaining existing client relationships (heavy client service involvement)
  • Ensure consistent quality and delivery of products and services
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activity and lead generation sources
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and acquisitions
  • Provide account services through quality checks and follow-up
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional groups
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events

Main Requirements:

  • Local travel to current and potential clients (must possess a valid state driver's license within 60 days of employment)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
  • Experience selling to the legal market, including law firms, corporate legal departments, and insurance companies (court reporting and deposition experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM, Reporter Base 8, or other legal database software
  • High school diploma or general education degree required (college degree preferred)
