- 8 or more years of professional 2D AutoCAD mechanical design experience in a manufacturing environment required
- This position entails 70% 2D AutoCAD design and 30% management responsibilities
- Engineering degree and 4 or more years of experience leading engineers required
- Strong preference for candidates with a desire to specialize in 2D AutoCAD design
- Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000

- Managing staff for up to 30% of the time
- Designing industrial heat transfer systems in 2D AutoCAD for approximately 70% of the time
- Ocasional 3D AutoCAD design for industrial heat transfer systems based on customer requests
- Producing various engineering drawings
- Working with the company's product portfolio
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional 2D AutoCAD mechanical design experience in a manufacturing environment
- 4+ years of experience in leading engineers
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- A strong preference for 2D AutoCAD design
