- Managing staff for up to 30% of the time
- Designing industrial heat transfer systems in 2D AutoCAD for approximately 70% of the time
- Occasionally designing industrial heat transfer systems in 3D AutoCAD upon customer request
- Creating various engineering drawings
- Working with all company products
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in 2D AutoCAD mechanical design within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading engineers
- Possession of an engineering degree
- Strong preference for designing exclusively in 2D AutoCAD, as customers only require 2D AutoCAD designs
- Proven history of solid work performance
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder
- Residing within a 45-minute drive from the Richfield area
