Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to manufacture metal components for diverse industries

• Perform hands-on tasks that entail physical effort, including lifting materials and adjusting machine parts

Requirements

• Prior experience in a metal fabrication environment is essential; familiarity with roll forming, metal forming, stamping, or related industries is preferred
• Capable of reading blueprints, interpreting machine specifications, and performing basic measurements with a ruler
• Problem-solving mindset
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with operators and supervisors
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and adjusting machine components
