Qualifications:
• Must hold a valid license in the state of Ohio.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree (BSW) or Master's degree (MSW) in Social Work.
• Certification as an LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC is expected.
• Prior experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
Hours and compensation:
• The position offers full-time day shifts with a rotational weekend schedule.
• The salary range for BSW is $51K-$70K and for MSW is $56K-$78K, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional social work services, including problem assessment and resolution, discharge planning, and supportive counseling.
• Offer crisis interventions and facilitate therapeutic, support, and education groups to help patients develop coping strategies during times of illness or disability.
• Represent The HealthCare System on community boards/task forces as needed.
• Stay updated on relevant changes in laws affecting social work practice.
• Adhere to the ethical codes set by the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board.
