This is a full-time position for a 3D SolidWorks Mechanical Project Engineer. The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing projects to ensure timely completion within budget
  • Creating, engineering, fabricating, and testing custom engineering projects using SolidWorks
  • Reviewing detailed 3D SolidWorks drawings for custom engineering projects
  • Collaborating with vendors, customers, and colleagues from various engineering and production disciplines
  • Creating and managing the Production Ready Library
  • Preparing Engineering Change Notices and bills of materials
  • Coordinating integration processes for projects
  • Overseeing field installations

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Project Engineer, with at least two years of experience in biotechnology, food, and/or pharmaceutical industries, specifically with sanitary piping
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Stable work history
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Residence located within a 45-minute commute from Whitewater, WI
