  • A minimum of eight years of experience, with at least five years in a supervisory or management role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a world-class safety program in a large industrial setting
  • A hands-on approach to risk assessment and a track record of successful implementation
  • Strong leadership skills in developing a safety team
  • Responsibility for staying up-to-date with the latest OSHA rules and regulations
  • BS Degree in Safety
  • CSP certification
