We specialize in engineering design for expansive data center projects. Our Program Managers are responsible for guiding the entire design team, including architecture, engineering, civil, and environmental disciplines.

Our team of Senior Program Managers collaborates with clients and team members to successfully execute complex and technically advanced projects. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys designing projects for the largest and most influential corporations worldwide. As Senior Program Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and responsible for the successful delivery of ground-up data centers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Company in client communications from proposal to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting our services for future projects.
  • Identify project resources and collaborate with Engineering Managers to determine appropriate staffing.
  • Engage external resources as needed and coordinate required support services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's organization, key individuals, and culture, and tailor services accordingly.
  • Create and execute project work plans and schedules using Swanson Rink processes, adapting as necessary.
  • Assist in training and mentoring project management support team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the mission-critical industry and experience with renovation and greenfield construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse, geographically dispersed teams using virtual technology and in-person meetings.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer or Architect, or the commitment to become licensed.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or Construction Management in the Mission Critical industry.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass background checks or security screenings as required by clients.
  • Compliance with Covid-19 vaccination requirements for federal contractors.

Salary range of $115,000-$180,000 based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
