Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at our office in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our electrical power and control systems offerings.

Job Experience:

We require a minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the engineering field, with a preference for experience in electrical power and control systems.

Key Attributes:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with construction management and project controls experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project, is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
  • Basic knowledge of sound engineering principles and practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.


A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is also preferred.


  • Take ownership of project management duties for one or more projects, including opportunity identification, proposal generation, project kickoff, execution, and closeout.
  • Ensure safety, quality, scope, budget, and schedule aspects of projects are effectively managed.
  • Create proposals, estimates, and accompanying documentation for new opportunities.
  • Lead project kickoff, execution, and closeout using established company procedures and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal technical team members to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Coordinate with Division leadership to address resource constraints as needed.
  • Support implementation of company Quality Management & Best Practices program within projects.
  • Support implementation of company NFPA 70E Electrical Awareness & Training program within projects.
  • Respond to client support calls, even after hours, to facilitate timely issue resolution.
  • Travel up to 25% as required.
