As Senior Program Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and responsible for the successful delivery of ground-up data centers.

Your Responsibilities:
- Represent the Company in client communications from proposal to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting our services for future projects.
- Identify project resources and collaborate with Engineering Managers to determine appropriate staffing.
- Engage external resources as needed and coordinate required support services.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's organization, key individuals, and culture, and tailor services accordingly.
- Create and execute project work plans and schedules using Swanson Rink processes, adapting as necessary.
- Assist in training and mentoring project management support team.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the mission-critical industry and experience with renovation and greenfield construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse, geographically dispersed teams using virtual technology and in-person meetings.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer or Architect, or the commitment to become licensed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering or Construction Management in the Mission Critical industry.
- Availability for occasional travel.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to pass background checks or security screenings as required by clients.
- Compliance with Covid-19 vaccination requirements for federal contractors.
Salary range of $115,000-$180,000 based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
