Sr. Sales Solution Consultant -– Construction

Location: New York – Northeast

A company specializing in AI solutions for the construction sector seeks an Account Executive / Solution Consultant for the Midwest and the Northeast regions.

The ideal candidate should be a proactive sales professional with a successful track record in selling technology to the construction sector.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the intersection of technology and construction, particularly on large projects. We want people who believe in the potential of advanced technologies to transform the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target new accounts within the assigned territory

Prospect, engage in outbound activities, and develop existing accounts

Act as a trusted consultant to establish credibility and trust with customers

Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline

Expand and nurture existing customer relationships to drive partnership growth

Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting

Understand the business needs of construction companies

Qualifications:

Experience in sales to the construction sector or as an executive in that industry is a must

Proven success in selling technology to the construction industry

Credibility in the construction sector

Passionate about construction and/or technology and believe in the potential impact of advanced technologies on the construction industry

Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills

Determined and target-oriented

Ability to perform well under pressure

Individuals residing in the Northeast region and authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered
