Main Responsibilities

• Lead complex structural projects from initial concept to final completion

• Conduct detailed design and analysis utilizing industry-standard software

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other consultants

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development

• Engage in project management and maintain client relationships as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

• Over 10 years of experience in structural engineering

• Extensive knowledge of analysis and design tools (ETABS, RISA, RAM, Revit, etc.)

• Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring junior staff

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
