TITLE: Staff Educator / Employee Health Nurse / Education RN

•Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
•Must hold a registered nurse license in Kansas with several years of experience.
•Preference for Nurse Educator certification within two years of hire.
•Strong technical and interpersonal skills required. Must be BLS, PALS, & ACLS certified.
•Staff Education Coordinator must be an AHA Faculty Member and AHA BLS instructor.
Hours and potential compensation:
•Full-time position.
•Salary range is $27.75hr-$45.47hr based on experience and certifications.
•Comprehensive benefits package available, with potential relocation/sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include:
•Staff Education: Collaborate with employees and managers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate orientation, continuing education, and in-service programs at individual and organizational levels. Provide individual and group instruction for clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Collaborate with leadership to identify educational needs and facilitate programs to maintain competencies.
•Employee Health Nurse: Oversee employee health program, ensure immunization compliance, and workplace safety. Develop policies and procedures for employee healthcare, act as a resource for hospital through consultation, education, and research to improve Employee Health services.
