We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Manager. This role is located in Binghamton, NY.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall management of our 10 Store QSR Franchise. You will lead a team of 40+ individuals and ensure that our guests feel at home while enjoying our excellent products. Your duties will include onboarding new associates, training, developing, and teaching excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for controlling expenses, ordering supplies, implementing local store marketing strategies, and serving as a brand ambassador to drive sales and build repeat business.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 1 year of QSR restaurant management experience. This includes experience in team hiring, development, motivation, and scheduling. You should also have a strong understanding of productivity, food ordering systems, store sanitation, cash management, sales building promotions, and providing exceptional customer service. A ServSafe certification is required, and a flexible schedule is necessary as the management workweek consists of 5 days and 49 hours, including a mix of rotating day shifts and mid-shifts.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position is $60-70K per year, paid weekly. In addition to your salary, we offer a monthly bonus plan of $600-$800.
