Assistant Manager
Quick-Service Franchise with locations in NY, MD, PA, MD
Responsibilities:
Oversee the operation and supervise a shift team of 10+ members to ensure exceptional guest experience and maintain high product quality standards.
Implement smart business strategies to effectively manage the profit and loss statement, control expenses, enhance team performance, provide top-notch customer service, handle ordering, handle local store marketing, and act as a brand representative to boost sales and foster repeat business.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in QSR restaurant management, including expertise in team building, sales promotions, customer service, hiring, training, marketing, ordering, scheduling, and profit and loss analysis.
Proficient in managing systems, ensuring food quality and safety, maintaining sanitation standards, conducting training sessions, handling inventory, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and generating reports.
Hold a valid ServSafe certification.
Flexible schedule with availability for 5-day, 10-hour shifts.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $60-65K (weekly pay) + monthly bonus plan ($600-$700)
