Assistant Manager - Fast Food Restaurant

Location: Carlisle, PA

We are a fast-food franchise with locations in New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, your main role will be to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and lead a team of 10+ individuals. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring excellent food quality, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

You will be responsible for managing the profit and loss of the restaurant by implementing smart business strategies, controlling expenses, and initiating marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will play a vital role in hiring and training new employees, as well as being a brand ambassador by promoting and driving sales to build repeat business.

Job Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant management within the quick-service industry. Your experience should include customer service, sales-building promotions, training, and ordering. A strong understanding of P&L management is also required.

You should be proficient in managing systems, ensuring food quality and safety, maintaining sanitation standards, and effectively managing inventory. Additionally, having the ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and provide follow-up and reporting will be essential in this role.

A ServSafe certification is required, and you should be willing to work a flexible schedule with 5-day, 10-hour shifts.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position is $60-65K per year, with weekly pay. In addition, there is a monthly bonus plan of $600-$700. We also offer benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a profit-sharing plan, a 401k plan with match, and 14 days of paid time off.
