Retail Operations Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

The position available is Retail Operations Manager, located in Nashville, TN. The work schedule will align with our boutique hours, typically from 10:30am to 7pm on weekdays. Weekend availability is required based on business needs.

As the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing sales, ensuring a positive customer experience, managing daily operations, and developing employees. You will be responsible for leading, retaining, and holding your team accountable. Collaboration with our boutique teams will be critical, as well as reporting to the District Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. A passion for empowering and celebrating both clients and team members is a must.

Qualifications:

  • · At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Manager (Bridal experience is a plus!)
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Apple products, Google Drives, and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High school degree

Salary: Average annual salary of $70,000 including individual and store bonus!
