Retail Supervisor
We are currently seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at our Cleveland, OH location. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing sales, customer experience, daily operations, and employee development. This position will require weekend availability based on business needs.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. They must have a passion for empowering and celebrating both clients and team members. The Retail Supervisor will work collaboratively with our boutique teams and report to the District Sales Manager.

Salary: Annual salary + individual and store bonus = an average of $70,000 per year!
