Strategic HVAC Project Engineer - Industrial & Commercial Focus
- Minimum of 6 years of experience successfully managing industrial or heavy commercial projects from start to finish.
- Compensation up to $140,000.

This is a full-time opportunity for a Strategic HVAC Project Engineer at a company that specializes in HVAC systems for industrial, commercial, and residential markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Quoting, planning, and designing HVAC systems for industrial and heavy commercial projects.
- Collaborating closely with field employees, colleagues, customers, and contractors.
- Monitoring and managing project deadlines and costs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting expectations.
- Providing mentorship, guidance, and supervision to staff members.
- Occasional travel to project sites within the state (no overnight stays required).
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 6 years of experience in HVAC project management for industrial or heavy commercial projects.
- Ability to travel to various project sites within the state (no overnight stays required).
- A consistent and reliable work history.
- US citizenship or legal eligibility to work in the US.
- A residence within a 45-minute commute of the Kohler, Wisconsin area.
