As we embark on a new phase of growth under new ownership, we are seeking a Strategic Sales Representative to join our team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-oriented and collaborative Sales Representative who can drive revenue and expand our market reach through strategic initiatives. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy critical thinking and creating effective sales strategies.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Sales Execution

· Create tailored proposals, quotes, and pricing to meet customer requirements

· Collaborate with internal sales teams and other departments for seamless operations

· Compile data for analytical reports, presentations, and strategic projects

· Coordinate with production teams to ensure product quality from start to finish

· Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development

· Implement effective sales outreach strategies to identify and engage new business prospects

· Engage with key decision-makers to promote our products and capabilities

· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients

· Target promising markets and customer segments to drive sales growth

· Support marketing efforts aligned with sales objectives

Customer Relationship Management

· Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients

· Maintain organized records of customer interactions and engagements

· Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients

Requirements & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Hands-on sales or account management experience with technical proficiency

· Ability to work onsite (not a remote position) and handle basic measurements and math

· Strong problem-solving skills and forward-thinking mindset

· Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

· Experience in sales prospecting, outbound sales, or technical account management

· Familiarity with metal products, manufacturing, or engineered solutions

· Proficiency with CRM or ERP platforms

· Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech skills
