Responsibilities:

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires taking responsibility for the engineering of multistory structures of varying complexity. This includes leading a team of engineers, reviewing their work, and ensuring the successful completion of engineering deliverables. Other responsibilities include:

• Serving as Engineer of Record for design-build projects
• Coordinating structural design with other design disciplines and internal teams
• Preparing structural narratives, schematic designs, and construction documents
• Performing structural analysis using 2D and 3D models
• Preparing detailed models and drawings using Revit
• Performing construction administration duties
• Evaluating and providing remediation for work out of specification
• Conducting design assist and value engineering reviews
• Preparing and sealing analysis, calculations, plans, and reports
• Providing supervision and mentorship to staff
