Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the engineering efforts for multi-story structures
• Collaborating with other design disciplines and internal teams
• Preparing construction documents and detailed models
• Performing construction administration duties
• Evaluating and developing remediations for out-of-spec work
• Conducting design reviews and quality control
• Supervising and mentoring staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 10+ years of engineering and design experience
• Professional Engineering Licensure within 6 months of hire
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and specifications
• Expertise in multi-story reinforced concrete and structural steel design
• Experience in designing various types of structures
• Strong engineering judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
• Innovative, strategic, and service-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as required
