What the Qualified Candidate Needs

  • Professional (ABET Accredited) Degree in Civil Engineering (Mechanical Engineering degrees will not be considered)
  • EIT or PE certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design with various building materials
  • Experience with special and deep foundations
  • Design-Build experience preferred
  • Industrial/Distribution/Logistics building type experience desired
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with current building codes and regulations
  • Experience in developing project specifications and construction drawings
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to produce medium and large project documentation independently
  • Ability to assist with sales and marketing efforts
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality work
