What the Qualified Candidate Needs
- Professional (ABET Accredited) Degree in Civil Engineering (Mechanical Engineering degrees will not be considered)
- EIT or PE certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design with various building materials
- Experience with special and deep foundations
- Design-Build experience preferred
- Industrial/Distribution/Logistics building type experience desired
- Construction experience a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with current building codes and regulations
- Experience in developing project specifications and construction drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to produce medium and large project documentation independently
- Ability to assist with sales and marketing efforts
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality work
