Location: West Orlando, Florida
We are looking to expand our team and are in need of an experienced and innovative Structural Engineer / Project Manager to join our growing office in West Orlando. This role is not just about design - it combines technical expertise, project management skills, and business development opportunities to work on some of the most exciting structural projects in the region.
You will be responsible for leading the design and execution of building projects, ranging from complex renovations to new facilities exceeding 800,000 SF. In addition, you will build relationships with clients and play a key role in our expansion within the Orlando market.

What You'll Do: A Seller Doer Role

Act as the main contact for clients, establishing trust and delivering value.

Manage all aspects of structural design projects including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.

Lead internal teams, ensure quality, and coordinate with other disciplines.

Offer innovative, technically sound, and cost-effective solutions to complex structural challenges.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Central Florida.

Represent the firm in business development initiatives and industry events.

Collaborate with a focused team on challenging structural systems and project types.

Influence strategic decisions with the potential to grow into a leadership role within the firm.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred).

8+ years of experience in structural building design, with leadership experience.

PE license in Florida (mandatory).

Proficiency in Revit and structural software such as RAM, RISA, EnerCalc, and Adapt.

Thorough understanding of building codes, material standards, and modern construction practices.

Background in business development and project/client management is a definite advantage.

Active participation in professional societies like ASCE, SEAoF, or ACI is encouraged.
