Moreover, the role requires flexibility to travel throughout Florida and apply construction knowledge in diverse settings, including garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise condos, as well as large commercial buildings.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting property surveys and performing structural assessments
  • Preparing detailed building reports and scope outlines
  • Managing diaries and tasks to expedite cases and optimize resolution
  • Developing precise and comprehensive estimates
  • Traveling statewide
  • Utilizing available technology for increased effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborating with other teams


  • Bachelor’s degree, Professional Engineer (PE) License, 2+ industry designations, and 3+ years of experience inspecting buildings and estimating property renovations over $150k
  • Extraordinary work ethic, self-motivation, and a hunger for knowledge
  • Exceptional senior-level time management, professionalism, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure when dealing with clients and management
  • Outstanding communication, empathy, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness
  • Proficiency in CRM, Google Docs, and Sheets
  • Valid driver's license
  • Territory travel (15% - 25%) and quarterly travel to headquarters in Orlando

  • Immediate hire: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, Eastern Time hours
