To maintain their reputation for excellence and innovation, our client seeks a highly skilled Structural Engineer (PE) to join their team. In addition to expertise in the field, the ideal candidate should also have a passion for mentoring junior engineers.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Conducting surveys and structural assessments of properties
  • Preparing detailed building reports and scope outlines
  • Managing diaries and tasks to ensure timely case resolution
  • Preparing precise and detailed estimates
  • Traveling statewide as needed
  • Utilizing available technology for maximum effectiveness
  • Collaborating with other teams


  • Bachelor’s degree, PE License, 2+ industry designations, 3+ years of building inspection experience, estimating property renovations over $150k
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management, professionalism, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in client and management interactions
  • Outstanding communication, empathy, and relationship-building abilities
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness
  • Proficiency in CRM, Google Docs, and Sheets
  • Valid driver's license
  • Required territory travel (15% - 25%) and quarterly travel to Orlando HQ

  • Immediate hire: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Eastern Time hours
