YOU MUST HAVE LED A HIGH VOLUME RECRUITING TEAM. OPEN TO CANDIDATES WILLING TO MAKE AN EASY RELOCATION-FULL TIME ON-SITE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Magnet: Develop and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies that attract top candidates from diverse platforms, including social media, job fairs, and community events.
  • Leadership Excellence: Guide, mentor, and motivate the Recruitment Team, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Onboarding Maestro: Oversee a smooth onboarding process for both hourly and salaried hires, ensuring every new team member starts off on the right foot.
  • Internal Growth Champion: Identify and support high-potential internal candidates, emphasizing the commitment to nurturing and advancing talent from within.
  • National Talent Scout: Travel to career fairs across the country to build a pipeline of future talent, including interns, externs, and apprentices.
  • Strategic Planner: Collaborate with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs, ensuring preparedness to meet demands at all times.
  • Offer Negotiator: Create competitive offers and negotiate terms that attract and retain top talent, such as relocation, start dates, and temporary housing.
  • Executive Support: Provide critical support to the executive team by managing key deliverables, handling complex schedules, and proactively addressing all matters.
  • Innovative Thinker: Partner with HR leadership to introduce novel ideas that drive recruitment success and keep the organization at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Training Advocate: Lead the training of new recruitment staff, ensuring their readiness to contribute to the team's success.
  • Metrics-Driven Leader: Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the success of the Recruitment Team, constantly striving for excellence in every aspect of the hiring process.
  • Brand Ambassador: Establish and maintain relationships with schools, alumni groups, and other organizations, representing the organization as the preferred employer in the industry.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of experience in leadership roles for high-volume recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Prior experience in HIGH VOLUME retail or hospitality recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively engage with candidates, colleagues, and executives.
  • Thorough understanding of employment law, behavioral interviewing techniques, and the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to represent the resort at recruitment events.
  • A dynamic, outgoing personality with a passion for promoting our values, mission, and culture to potential candidates.
