Technical Sales Engineer - Robotic Welding & Factory Automation

• Apply your technical expertise and sales application engineering experience (with a related 2-year engineering degree) to promote and sell our robotic welding and factory automation solutions.
• Experience with industrial robots, welding processes, electric motors/servos, and PLCs is essential (at least 1 year).
• Compensation: up to $125,000.
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder.
• This is an onsite position, remote work is not available.
• Full-time, permanent position as a W-2 employee.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing customized solutions for customer needs.
• Collaborating with customers and engineers to design industrial automation systems.
• Creating engineering drawings and leading design reviews.
• Obtaining pricing and delivery information from vendors.
• Determining customer pricing and creating profitable sales proposals.
• Traveling to customer sites domestically and internationally as required.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have:

• A 2-year engineering degree or related qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales application engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial robotic automation.
• At least 1 year of experience in robotic welding.
• At least 1 year of experience with electric motors and servos.
• At least 1 year of experience with PLCs.
• The ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• A solid work history.
• US citizenship or green card holder status.
• A residence located within a 45-minute drive of the Pewaukee area.
