Sales Engineer
- We are seeking candidates who can be located in CA, AZ, UT, or NV to service the West Coast territory.
- Candidates will receive a guaranteed salary and commission structure. As your book of business grows, you will have the opportunity to convert to an uncapped commission structure.
- Candidates MUST HAVE experience selling corrugated boxes.
The Box On Demand team specializes in using various technologies to help clients in fulfillment and industrial manufacturing environments optimize their packaging and streamline the packaging process.
The Sales Engineer is a dynamic and consultative sales professional who utilizes their technical expertise to provide solutions to customers and drive growth in the sales territory. In this role, you will manage existing clients within the territory and be responsible for achieving results. This includes developing strategies for target opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing business deals that often involve the sale of capital equipment, machinery leases, raw material supply, and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet with potential clients and partners to understand their unique needs and challenges
- Collaborate with various teams within the company to prepare and deliver complex technical presentations to key decision makers
- Negotiate long-term partnership agreements
- Ensure successful implementation of solutions by coordinating with internal teams to deliver the best outcome for customers
- Manage difficult customer situations and establish strong partnerships to continue growing the business
- Willingness to travel extensively by air or car (<50% of the time)
- Territory: West Coast
- Candidates residing in CA, NV, AZ, or UT are preferred for the West Coast territory
- Required: Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- Required: 5 years of experience interacting with customers in a sales environment
- Required: B2B sales experience, with a strong technical background
- Required: Experience selling material handling industrial automation systems and components to industrial and manufacturing end users
- Preferred: Knowledge of Box on Demand robotics and packaging systems
