Technical Support Field Service Advisor

  • As a Technical Support Field Service Advisor, you will need a minimum of four years of experience in providing technical support or field service for hydraulics, drives, PLCs, mechanical and electrical systems.
  • We offer competitive pay with a salary of up to $72,000.
  • Applicants must be either United States citizens or Green Card holders.
  • This is a full-time position and does not offer remote work options.
  • We are searching for a permanent W-2 employee who will receive full benefits package.
  • Please note that there is no relocation assistance available for this position.

As a Technical Support Field Service Advisor, you will focus on providing technical support and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include meeting and communicating with a variety of vendors and customers, being responsive to incoming phone calls, managing project workflow, working with customers and the parts and service area to resolve problems, creating work orders and invoices, billing and invoicing customers, supporting service managers as needed, participating in service scheduling if required, handling Return Merchandise Authorizations, and training others as needed.

 

To be successful in this role, you must have at least four years of technical support or field service experience with hydraulics, drives, PLCs, mechanical and electrical systems. You should also be able to read and understand engineering drawings, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, and possess a solid work history. Additionally, you must be a US citizen or possess a green card and have a residence within 45 minutes of our location.
