Third shift Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing Production Leader

• Two or more years of experience in setting up plastic injection molds and troubleshooting them
• This is a working position that also involves overseeing a team of three employees
• Salary of up to $60,000 for the ideal candidate

This career opportunity is for a third shift, full-time, permanent Plastic Injection Mold Manufacturing Production Leader at a smaller, ISO certified, debt-free, custom plastic injection molding company. The majority of the manufacturing equipment is less than four years old, and the company experiences stable growth with customers from various markets. The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Working third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am, possibly up to 9 hours
• Learning the production processes
• Overseeing, leading, motivating, training and correcting three production employees
• Being a hands-on, working supervisor
• Performing set up work, including hanging tools, mixing material, and loading resin
• Cleaning hoppers and grinders
• Sampling

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience in setting up plastic injection molds
• Two or more years of experience in troubleshooting plastic injection molds
• Ability to work third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am (possibly longer) Monday through Friday and possibly Saturday
• A stable work history with longer job tenures
• Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Ixonia, WI
