What You’ll Do
- Tool Operation: Utilize manual tool sharpening machines to reset and sharpen various tools such as drills and mills.
- Precision Craftsmanship: Sharpen and recondition tools with meticulous attention to detail, meeting strict standards.
- Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret blueprints to understand customer specifications.
- Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the team and mentor others to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Proactive Approach: Independently solve problems and contribute to maintaining our excellent reputation.
What You Bring
- Experience: Possess 2-5 years of experience in tool sharpening, including hands-on experience operating grinders and expertise in tooling.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately and deliver precise work.
- Positive Attitude: Display a strong work ethic, maintain a positive work history, and demonstrate a willingness to collaborate with the team.
- Stability: Reside locally and seek a long-term, stable position.
- Language Skills: Requirement for Polish language proficiency as it aligns with our team culture.
