Our client is searching for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee and manage their compensation and benefits programs. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations while providing exceptional support to employees and executives. This position is full-time and located in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits.
- Create and distribute communications regarding compensation and benefits policies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required filings to regulatory authorities.
- Work with the Finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and finance teams on compensation and benefits matters.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Implement best practices to improve compensation and benefits administration processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
