Traveling Field Service Technician – Electrical & Mechanical Focus

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical field service or industrial maintenance, with expertise in troubleshooting PLCs and VFDs. A related degree is a plus.
• Up to 75% domestic and international travel required via airplane and automobile.
• Hourly pay rate up to $35.
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder.
• Full-time, permanent position with full benefits.

• Located in the Brown Deer, Wisconsin area.

This full-time, permanent Traveling Field Service Technician – Electrical & Mechanical Focus position is available at a financially stable, employee-owned company that pioneered their dynamic industry. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Participate in product installations, start-ups, and repairs at customer sites and provide remote support.
• Support customers both at their location and over the phone.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally to locations such as France, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, and/or Canada.

To be considered for this position, the successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• 2-year degree in an electrical or maintenance related area, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical field service, mechanical field service, and/or industrial maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and variable frequency drives.
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally via airplane and automobile.
• Valid passport and driver's license.
• Solid work history.
• Must be a US citizen or possess a green card.
• Reside within 45 minutes of the Brown Deer area.
