Trust and Estates Administration Paralegal
Our client is a leading mid-sized law firm with offices in Uniondale, NY and other locations in the tri-state area and Florida. They are currently seeking a Full-time Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience for their Uniondale office. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and accountants. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, are required. Having a Paralegal Certification from an ABA-approved program is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- All aspects of trusts and estates administration.
- Thorough knowledge of Surrogate’s Court rules and procedures (e.g., probate, administration, accounting proceedings) is essential.
- Experience in preparing estate tax returns is preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large document intensive cases.
- Proficient in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ADOBE Acrobat Professional.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.

Hybrid Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm with the flexibility to work overtime when needed
Minimum 3 days a week in the office
2 days a week remotely
The annualized salary range for this position is $65,000 to $95,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
