Job Description
Our client is in search of an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney who is interested in working remotely, growing their practice, and being a part of a dynamic legal team.

• Manage estate planning, trust, and probate cases for affluent individuals
• Collaborate with a supportive legal team to handle cases across different states

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, or a related field
• Must hold a valid law license in Nevada
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the goal of building or expanding a client base
• Prior experience in-house or in business is advantageous
• Proficiency in Spanish language is a plus
