Working Hours and Compensation:
This is a day shift position (6:30am-5pm) with on-call responsibilities every 4th week of evenings and weekends. The position is available as either .75 or 1.0 FTE and provides comprehensive benefits.
Hourly range starts from $33.88 (for new graduates) and goes up to $35.50-$47.75 based on experience (for those with at least 1 year or more).
A full benefits package is included, along with sign-on and relocation assistance.
Requirements:
Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with either RDCS or RVT designation.
Demonstrated proficiency in all diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including invasive exams like ultrasound-guided biopsies.
Experience with stress echo and TEE is preferred, and pediatric experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic ultrasound and/or vascular exams on patients in a compassionate and efficient manner to gather data for diagnosing various medical conditions.
Evaluate exams for diagnostic quality using professional judgment during service delivery.
Additional Information:
The position reports to the Manager of Heart and Vascular Diagnostics, a respected leader in our facility. You will work alongside approximately 20 other Sonographers.
Weekend responsibilities include stress echos ordered by cardiologists, including "due today" or "stat" orders.
